Points Conversion
Learn how to convert earned points to $ or as percentage (%) reward in WPLoyalty.
What is a Point Conversion Reward ?
Point Conversion Rewards allow your customers to transform the points they've earned into discounts for their purchases. There are two ways they can enjoy this benefit:
Fixed Point Conversion
Percentage Point Conversion
In Fixed Point Conversion, customers can redeem a set number of points for a dollar discount. For example: Redeem 10 points for a $.
In Percentage Point Conversion, customers can use their points to get a percentage off their purchase. For example: Redeem 100 points for 1%.
This type of reward boosts customer engagement and sales by allowing customers to easily convert loyalty points into discounts, encouraging repeat purchases and fostering a loyal customer base.
Example scenarios:
Redeem 10 points to get $1 off (Fixed)
Redeem 100 points for 1% (Percentage)
