Learn how to reward customers when they write a review for a product they purchased.
It is about rewarding a customer for giving reviews of the product that they have purchased. This method will help you build customer trust while also improving your store's quality and customer base.
The Benefit of reviews is that you can make your future customers feel much more confident in purchasing a product. Reviews can also help you in better understanding of your products.
Product reviews create more informed customers: The study says 82% of customers say the content of a review has convinced them to make a purchase.
Social proof is a evidence that other people have purchased and found value in a product.
Increased trust: Reviews are a powerful source of information for users, simply because they are more trustworthy.
Please note that before proceeding, you must have installed and activated the WPLoyalty PRO plugin. It is important to note that the below discussed "Review Campaign" requires the PRO version.
It is about rewarding a customer when they write a review of a product they purchased.
The below following points will show how to create a Review Reward
1. Please go to your WordPress dashboard.
2. Go to WPLoyalty-> click campaign-> click create new campaign
3. You can see different types of campaigns to reward customers.
4. Choose Review Reward.
Now, you can start creating your campaign.
Campaign name: Create a name for your campaign.
For example: Give review and earn 50 Points
Description: In this section you can create a short description of your campaign.
For example : Add review for products you previously purchased and get Points.
Choose the type of reward:
You can choose the reward either points or a coupon reward for your customer.
For example : 50 points will be selected to reward a customer.
If you are choosing a coupon reward, make sure that you have to create a reward in the reward section.
Message to display: You can display a message on the product reviews section of your store.
You can edit this message here as per your requirement.
Start Date (optional) - The campaign start date. This is an optional field.
End Date (optional) - If you want the campaign to end at a particular date, you can use this. This is also an optional field.
Campaign visibility on “Ways to earn” section - Using this setting you can show/ hide this Reward info from customers on Customers Reward page from Ways to earn section.
Click add conditions -> select the necessary condition (optional)
By using conditional rules, you can create a dynamic discount on pricing rule for your store. You can create a different condition based on cart, product, language and so on.
For every new campaign, you create for your customer reward, you have conditional rules for it. It is optional but, if you need to create a reward for a particular category you can use the condition.
By clicking save a new campaign will be created.
Now, it is time to let our customers know about the reward.
Note: This review message will get displayed in single product pages, only if customers previously purchased the product.
After writing a review in a product page, the review will get approved by admin and then the Points/ Rewards will be added to customers profile as shown like in below video.
Now, the points will get added to your account.

Note: Review Points/ Reward will only be given to customers for products that they have purchased previously. Additionally, customers will only be able to earn review points once per product, provided that their placed order has met the successful order status setting and once their review has been approved by the administrator.
