Creating a Campaign

Learn how to create a campaign in WPLoyalty.

The below following points will show how to create a campaign

  1. Go to your WordPress Dashboard-> WPLoyalty-> campaign

  2. Click on the " create new campaign"

3. Now you will be able to view the different types of campaigns.

4. By clicking Create Campaign button. You can start to create your campaign.

For Example, Here I have created a point for purchase for your better understanding.

Point for purchase

Reward a customer for their purchase.

For example: a customer will get 100 points for every $10 spent in your store for their purchase.

Campaign options:

Campaign title: create a name for your campaign.

Description: Here you can create a short description to your campaign. You can create it for your reference. But, this description field is optional.

Customers earn points: You can create a customers earns points for every purchase. You are giving a reward as a point to your customer for every purchase.

For example : You can set a customer earn points as $100 for each $10 spent on a purchase.

Minimum points a customer can earn for each order: This field is optional but you can create a minimum points a customer can earn for each order. Based on these point your customer will get their reward for purchase.

Maximum points a customer can earn for each order: This field is optional. You can set a maximum number of points to be awarded for each order.

Campaign start and end date: You can set your campaign start and end date as per your preference. This field is also optional.

Advanced settings

The advanced settings are about a message, shown on product pages. So that the customer knows about the reward.

Conditional rules

Click additional settings-> conditional rule.

By using conditional rules you can create a quickly dynamic discount, an pricing rule for your store. You can create a different condition based on cart, product, language and so on.

For every new campaign that you create for your customer reward, you will have conditional rules for it. It is optional but if you need to create a reward for a particular category you can use the condition.

By clicking save, a new campaign will be created.

As you can see, while spending $30 -> customer will earn 300 points.

Campaign visibility on “Ways to earn” section: Using this setting you can show/ hide this Reward info from customers on from Ways to earn section.

Ordering - Using this option you can arrange the rewards in specific order to be displayed on .
