This guide will help you to create a levels/ badges in WpLoyalty. In this you can learn how to create and update the levels based on the points.

Impact of using levels/ badges:

Note: Customer will be added to a specific level based on customer's total earned points.

The objective of the levels is to encourage customers to earn more points to reach certain levels and get more benefits. And if we reduce the levels if the points were spent, then customer would not spend any points, which means there will be no use for the points earned.

So if a customer reaches the Gold level, then he should aim for the next level. But if we move him to the lower level because he spent those points, then customers will feel disappointed, which will result in losing the customers and the revenue as well.

That is the reason why the badges are based on the earned points. (Just like in games. Once you reach a level, you don't fall )

Please note that before proceeding, you must have installed and activated the WPLoyalty PRO plugin. It is important to note that the below discussed feature requires the PRO version.
