Follow Campaign allows you to reach out to new customers while also increasing brand awareness and conversion rates. ### What is Follow Campaign? It is about rewarding customers for sharing the product via follow up URL. The reward can be either points or a discount reward. For example: ### Impact of Follow Campaign It is important to ensure that your brand is shining through every interaction with your audience, including the links that you share. It will enhance the productivity, collaboration, and efficiency, at reduced costs. {% hint style="info" %} Please note that before proceeding, you must have installed and activated the WPLoyalty PRO plugin. It is important to note that the below discussed "Follow" Campaign requires the PRO version. [Get WPLoyalty PRO](https://wployalty.net/pricing/) {% endhint %} **Creating a Campaign** Follow the points below to create a campaign for Follow up Share * Go to your WordPress dashboard -> WPLoyalty -> Campaigns * Click "Create New Campaign" button * You will see a list of campaign types to choose from

Follow campaign
**Campaign type:** Create a name for your campaign. Here you can create your campaign type. For example: Followup Share **Description:** In this section you can create a short description of your campaign. For example : Reward customers for sharing your products via Followup Url. **Choose the type of reward:** You can choose the reward either points or a coupon reward for your customer. For example : 100 points will be selected to reward a customer. **Followup URL:** In this section customer can share a product URL about product/ store in social media. **Campaign Visibility :** This section allows you to show/hide the campaign in the ways to earn rewards section. **Ordering -** Using this option you can arrange the rewards in specific order to be displayed on [Customers Reward page](https://docs.wployalty.net/quick-start-guides/creating-a-customer-reward-page). Customers can be shown or hidden specific campaigns on the my account page and in the launcher widget. As a result, the campaign will be displayed or hidden on my account page and launcher widget. **Start Date (optional)** - The campaign start date. Optional field. **End Date (optional)** - If you want the campaign to end at a particular date, you can use this. Click **additional settings**-> **conditional rule.**
Conditions
By using conditional rules, you can create a dynamic discount on pricing rule for your store. You can create a different condition based on cart, product, language and so on. For every new campaign you create as a customer reward, you have conditional rules for it. It is optional but, if you need to create a reward for a particular category you can use the condition. By clicking **save**, a new campaign will be created.
Followup share
By clicking " Followup Share" in my account section. You can share the product/ store via Followup URL. **My account page:**
