Learn how to reward customers for sharing in social media channels like Facebook, Twitter, Whats App
Social sharing allows you to reach a large target audience, boost your brand's impression, and create more income.

What is social share reward?

It is about rewarding customers for social sharing, your store and your product.
For example: Customers will share your products on Facebook, Whats app, Twitter, and email.

Get more sales or orders from your existing customers.
Increasing the probability of getting a second order from first time buyers.
Bring in more value to your customers with rewards.
Please note: Customers will be credited with points / rewards as soon as they click the social share options from your rewards / my account page. In general, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram don't allow third-party programs like WPLoyalty to pull information from their websites, making it impossible to award social points after a verification. As a result, the social share campaigns work on the honour system with your customers. When creating the social share rewards, it is recommended to keep this in mind and make sure they align with your goals
NOTE: Currently, the social share campaigns work together with the Referral campaign only. That is, the social share options are available only if you have created and enabled a Referral campaign

Creating a Campaign

Facebook :
Reward customers for sharing your store or products on Facebook. It will help to increase your sales through social media. It will give you proper visibility and proof of your product.
Follow the points below to create a campaign for Facebook Share
  • Go to your WordPress dashboard -> WPLoyalty -> Campaigns
  • Click "Create New Campaign" button
  • You will see a list of campaign types to choose from
Campaign Options
Campaign type: Create a name for your campaign.
Here you can create your campaign type. For example: Facebook
Description: In this section you can create a short description of your campaign. For example : Reward a customer for sharing your product/store in Facebook.
Choose the type of reward:
You can choose the reward either points or a coupon reward for your customer.
For example : 100 points will be selected to reward a customer.
Share Message: In this section customer can share a message about product/ store in social media.
Campaign Visibility : This section allows you to show/hide the campaign in the ways to earn rewards section.
Customers can be shown or hidden specific campaigns on the my account page and in the launcher widget. As a result, the campaign will be displayed or hidden on my account page and launcher widget.
Start Date (optional) - The campaign start date. Optional field.
End Date (optional) - If you want the campaign to end at a particular date, you can use this.
Click additional settings-> conditional rule.
By using conditional rules, you can create a dynamic discount on pricing rule for your store. You can create a different condition based on cart, product, language and so on.
For every new campaign you create as a customer reward, you have conditional rules for it. It is optional but, if you need to create a reward for a particular category you can use the condition.
By clicking save, a new campaign will be created.
By clicking " Facebook" in my account section. You can share the product/ store in Facebook.
