What does the WPLoyalty- Yuko Reviews Add-On serve?

The WPLoyalty- Yuko reviews the Add-on, you can reward customers with loyalty points whenever they leave product reviews through Yuko. Once a review is submitted and approved, WPLoyalty will automatically award points based on the campaign settings you have configured. This integration helps you encourage more customer feedback while strengthening loyalty and repeat purchases.

Once downloaded, proceed to install and activate the add-on.

How to enable/ disable the WPLoyalty- Yuko Reviews Add-On:

• Go to the WordPress backend -> WPLoyalty -> Add-ons -> choose the addon “WPLoyalty- Yuko Reviews Add-on”

• From there, you can activate or deactivate the add-on using the button “Activate” or “Deactivate”

Setting up the addon “WPLoyalty- Yuko Reviews Add-on”:

1. Once you have activated the add-on, a Webhook URL will appear inside the add-on page. Copy this link for the next step.

2. The very next step is to log in to your Yuko Dashboard, navigate to Settings → Integrations → Add Webhook, and paste the Webhook URL copied from the add-on.

1. After pasting the link, kindly click the checkbox “review approved”. Once you click the checkbox, the notification will be sent to WPLoyalty.

2. The next step is to create a webhook, where a signature key will be generated; copy this key, go to the WPLoyalty add-on page, and paste it into the Secret Key field.

1. Once you have completed these steps, when the customer writes a review through yuko, they will earn Points/Rewards through the WPLoyalty.

What occurs now?

When customers provide reviews for products they have previously purchased, they will receive review Points/Rewards through WPLoyalty's Review Campaign
